Building for Japan - All Blacks 2018/19 Training Range
June 01, 2018
With the Rugby World Cup less than 500 days away, things appear to be getting serious in the All Blacks camp if their new training kit is anything to go by.
The ‘Energy’ orange that the players donned this time last year has been replaced by a combination of black and grey, the latter in a variety of shades including ‘Charcoal’ and ‘Carbon’. Included in the new range is a training shirt, t-shirt and singlet, as well as a polo and fleece – all available now at Lovell Rugby.
The collection is led by the ‘Core Heather’ training shirt which features a blocked-pattern across the body, possibly inspired by the work being done on the training field by the players in the build-up to next years tournament in Japan. The physical preparation isn’t just done outside though, with the players also put through their paces on a regular basis in the gym. For this, there’s a training t-shirt and singlet, also featuring the block design.
When the hard work has been done and it’s time to face the press, there’s a polo shirt and fleece for the players to pull on. Both pieces are predominately black, with hits of grey and white for the detailing.
The relationship between adidas and New Zealand continues to go from strength to strength, and with gear like this we can see why. Want to get yourself kitted out like an All Black? Head over to Lovell now to shop the full range.
